You can find 3rd party applications all over the internet that will get the job done for you. After you tweak the settings the way you like and show a little patience they will bring you some success. These programs can bring you new followers or maybe help you pin point your audience for your specific niche or special need. But be careful on how much you spend and which ones you choose because you could end up with a bad experience and out of a few dollars.
